8. Subscription Lapse and Data Retention
- If a paid subscription expires due to non-payment, your files may remain available for a limited retention period of 21 to 35 days.
- If the subscription is not restored during that period, stored content and related account data may be permanently deleted.
- You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important files.
